The minimum investment per loan is 1 EUR. The maximum limit for your total investments (your portfolio size) is not restricted.

If you are using Autoinvest and have a custom portfolio set up, don’t forget to adjust it to allow investment into this type of loan.

Since a different legal framework applies to this investment type, your first investment requires confirming your consent to invest in this category. You are investing in loans that have already been provided to borrowers, and legally you are not lending to the borrowers themselves, but to the professional loan provider for the sole purpose of refinancing that loan. In addition to the provider’s guarantee, your investment is secured by the loan itself.

Guaranteed Buyback of Claims

If a borrower fails to repay properly, the loan provider guarantees to buy back the entire claim from the investor. This happens automatically after 60 days of any delinquency. The investor is covered for both unpaid principal and unpaid interest.

Provider exposure — “skin in the game”

Professional loan providers do not sell the entire loan to investors — they retain at least a 10% share. Together with the buyback guarantee, this strongly motivates providers to properly service the loans and manage risk.
