Mollie acquires GoCardless in blockbuster $1.1bn deal
Dutch payments company Mollie has acquired UK-based fintech GoCardless in a blockbuster deal with the aim to form "one provider serving over 350,000 businesses that integrates card payments, local methods, and bank payments into a single solution", the two companies say in a statement.
